How can I submit a repair request?Updated 14 days ago

How unfortunate that your e-reader is no longer working properly!

Fortunately, you are entitled to a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty, unless there is external mechanical damage (such as dropping, impact, pressure, etc.). To register your e-reader for repair, you can use this form: https://pocketbook.fixit-service.com/add. You can change the language using the flag icon in the top-right corner.

Shipping your e-reader to the repair center (and back) is free of charge. The repair center will then inform you whether the repair is covered under warranty or if any costs will apply. Based on our experience, the process usually takes about 2 weeks.

After you register your repair request, you will receive a message from the carrier to arrange collection of the package at your home. If you prefer to drop off the package yourself, we can request a shipping label from the repair center. To do so, please send us an email at [email protected] with the RMA number of your submitted repair request.

To help you get started, here are a few tips for filling out the form:

  • Type of complaint = Warranty

  • Serial number = You can find this under Applications > Settings > About device > Model & serial number. (If it’s no longer visible due to the screen, simply leave it blank or enter “-”.)

  • Upload proof of purchase = If you no longer have the invoice, you can request a copy from us.
